Once you sign with us, your ID will create a Whatsapp group chat as your go-to channel to keep updated on the renovation status.

STEP 2: ACTIVATION

Upon signing of contract, your 100% Deposit Guarantee will be activated.

STEP 3: SITE SURVEY

To understand the worksite better, a thorough site survey will be conducted. 

​

STEP 4: NOTIFICATION

Posters with necessary information will be put up to inform the homeowners and contractors. 

​

STEP 5: HOME CONTENT INSURANCE

Once work begins, your Home Content Insurance will be activated.

 

STEP 6: CCTV

With a close and transparent surveillance of on-going work, homeowners can enjoy a peace of mind.

STEP 7: MILESTONES 

Your renovation works will be measured in milestones to give you a good idea of the progress. 

- Completion of Phase 1 

- Installation of cabinets

- Completion of cabinets

- Final product

STEP 8: HANDOVER

After the completion of work, a handover check will be conducted along with a handover form.

STEP 9: 5 YEARS WARRANTY

Upon handover, you will start to enjoy your 5-Years Warranty.
